 Your personalized Meaningful Movement reading is a hybrid of virtual coaching and an intuitive reading.

The reading and subsequent email exchange is designed to help you move through unconscious beliefs and painful embodiments, things that often keep you stuck when it comes to exercise and movement.

Once answering a set of inquiry questions, Lori will spend time with your words and the energetic imprint of them and offer her intuitive feedback. She will ask deeper questions, share her intuitive hits and bring forward suggestions to support a shift into right relationship with exercise.
